BAD WEATHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR STUDENTS
IN CASE OF TYPHOON SIGNAL:
No. 3 or below
- All classes to kindergarten age students (age 5 or below) canceled.
- Other NIHAO Junior classes and adult classes as usual.
No. 8 or above:
- Morning Classes
In-centre Open Group (9:30 am – 12:00 pm): all canceled if the No. 8 signal is hoisted / still on at or after 7:30 am in the morning (e.g. all classes are canceled even if the No. 8 signal is lowered at 7:31 am).
- Afternoon / Evening Classes
In-centre Open Group (above 7 students) (between 2:00 pm – 9:30 pm): all canceled if the No. 8 signal is hoisted / still on at or after 12:00nn. (e.g. all classes are canceled even if the No. 8 signal is lowered at 12:01 pm).
- Private Group Classes, 1-1 classes, and Corporate Classes
Trainers should discuss with students whether or not to cancel the class.
For Corporate Classes coordinated directly by NIHAO course consultants with the clients, the two parties have their discretion to keep or cancel the classes.
IN CASE OF RAIN STORM SIGNAL:
Red Signal:
- All children (under age 18) classes canceled.
- Adult classes as usual.
Black Signal:
- Morning/Afternoon/Evening Classes
In-centre Open Group (between 10:00 am – 9:30 pm): all canceled if the Black Rain Storm Signal is hoisted / still on ‘within 2 hours of class commencement’ (e.g. a class starting at 7:00 pm will be canceled if there is a Black Rain Storm Signal hoisted /still on at 5:01 pm, even if lowered at 5:02 pm).
- Private or Corporate Classes
Trainers should discuss with students whether or not to cancel the class.
